stylish stay
amazing room fine view late check out pool party
the staff was pleasant. the room was amazing. the view from the hotel was fine. i got a late check out, use of showers, and access to the pool party bbq (it was a nice bonus).
the chiller wasn't cold enough. yogurt and milk went bad. it was hard to connect with front desk via the room's phone.

i experienced wonderful service at the kaya restaurant from mrs c. s lam and the rest of the staff. the breakfast had excellent choices (especially the fruit selection!).

the staff were great and super accommodating throughout my stay. they were pretty good too help with everything i needed. friendly staff also gave me excellent recommendations and helped me make the most of every minute.

the rooms were very comfortable and clean. bedding and pillows felt new. thoughtful touches were present everywhere in the room. the shower had very strong water pressure.

refillable water single room room layout
The hotel provides refillable water in the room. It was a nice touch. i liked the single room option. the room layout and size were also great for a solo traveller.

Stylish Hotel with Great Amenities
smaller touches tea selection coffee machine
The room design included cool, smaller touches. Hooks on the walls and dimmers for the lights were a nice addition. TWG tea and a Nespresso coffee machine were available in the room. The pool area had a Beverly Hills Hotel vibe , because of the decor.
The room lacked proper sound proofing. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms , which was somewhat disruptive.

The room was very tidy and featured a cool design. Dimmers allowed adjusting the lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere. A Nespresso machine provided fresh coffee whenever I wanted.

The breakfast offered fresh , a la carte options that were delicious. Dinner at Kaya was very nice , because the food was really good. The cafe standard provided great lattes in the same style as Melbourne.

The hotel is close to Orchard Road , yet tucked away in a quiet area. This provides a balance between accessibility and a super calm place. It is close to many attractions.

The pool area gives off a Beverly Hills Hotel vibe , because of the decor. The pool area has beautiful ambient lighting at nighttime. I enjoyed a complimentary meditation class there.

fantastic stay!
lovely staff helpful staff modern design good pool
i found the staff lovely and helpful. they made sure i had everything i needed. i especially liked the hotel's modern design. also, the pool was a good size and included a swim-up bar!
i noticed the rooms could use a little better soundproofing, but it didn't ruin my experience.

the hotel boasts a lovely pool area with poolside music and a swim-up bar. there is also a shuttle bus available. this offers service to the centre icon mall and transit stops, very helpful with bags.

my room had nice bedding and pillows! corner rooms offered a beautiful view. i could see the botanical gardens and out towards bukit timah with the sun setting, it was an amazing sight!!!
